Any damage caused by clients’ actions or failure to follow provided instructions may result in additional charges for repairs or modifications to the installation. Smart Homes Kenya is not liable for any pre-existing damage to property or systems that was not caused by our services.

4. Pricing and Payments

Pricing for our services is provided upfront in written quotes. The prices stated are exclusive of taxes, and the applicable tax rates will be added at the time of billing. All payments must be made as per the payment terms outlined in the quote or service agreement.

We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or other payment methods as specified. If payment is not made by the due date, Smart Homes Kenya reserves the right to charge late fees or suspend services until payment is received.

5. Installation and Service Timeline

Smart Homes Kenya will make reasonable efforts to complete all installations within the agreed-upon timeline. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, equipment availability, or changes requested by the client.

We will communicate any significant delays to you as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule or adjust the installation timeline accordingly.

6. Warranty and Support

We offer a warranty on the products and services we provide, including all installations. The warranty period and terms will vary depending on the product and service provided. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace faulty systems at no extra charge, subject to the terms of the warranty.

Ongoing support and maintenance services are available upon request, and additional charges may apply based on the service provided. Any post-installation support required after the warranty period will also incur additional charges.
